Inspection of PU and baiPVC:
1. PU and PVC appearance quality inspection: Under the illuminance of du40W fluorescent lamp, the distance from the tested material is 40~50cm, and the color and pattern must be consistent with the standard sample. There should be no obvious scratches, breakages, bottoming, impurities or delamination.
2. Dimensional inspection of PU and PVC: Use a thickness gauge with an accuracy of 0.05MM to measure, and the deviation of materials with a nominal thickness of 0.5~1.0MM cannot exceed ±0.10MM; materials with a nominal thickness of 1.0~1.5MM, The deviation cannot exceed ±0.15MM; for materials with a nominal thickness of 1.5~2.0MM, the deviation cannot exceed ±0.20MM. Use a steel tape with an accuracy of 1MM to measure its width, and its width dimension deviation should be ±3.0MM.
Performance inspection of PU and PVC:
1 Elasticity: Bend the material sample to 90 degrees, and its rebound degree should be consistent with the standard sample.
2 Flexibility: Apply 10Kg tension to the material sample and the standard sample at the same time. After the external force is removed, the degree of expansion and deformation of the two should be the same. 3.3 Toughness: Fold and compact the PU and PVC material samples in half, and the edges of the material shall not burst.
3 Anti-aging: Take samples of PU and PVC materials and standard materials and freeze them at -10±3℃ for 2 hours, and bake them at 45±3℃ for 2 hours. Compare the difference in performance between the two and make a judgment. .
